#4. Drink More and Enough Water – Sip by Sip
Along with eating the right foods, you also need to keep your body hydrated throughout the day. Many people forget to drink water throughout the day, and when they do, they end up drinking the whole bottle in one go.
Don’t do this; drink water slowly, sip by sip. It mixes water with saliva, which stabilizes acid levels in the stomach and helps you digest your food faster. You should also not drink too much water with your meals.
Try to avoid drinking water while eating food, as it dilutes the digestive juices and you may end up feeling bloated.
